The Forum will take place on October 31 through November 3, 2023.

The schedule of business projects arranged in Russia and abroad in 2023 is rather full. As regards to the amount of the events associated with development of the fuel and energy sector, the autumn season is going to be most packed. Besides SPIGF 2023, traditionally scheduled for the first week of October, some other events are being arranged, including the 27th International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference ADIPEC 2023 (Abu Dhabi) on October 2 through 5 and the Russian Energy Week (Moscow) on October 11 through 13.

Having considered the schedule of those industrial events, so very significant for the global community, as well as similar audiences attending them, the Arrangements Committee for SPIGF decided to move the Forum to the later dates.

 The time lapse between the events will enable the officials of the fuel and energy sector to adjust their schedules and take part in all of them.
