Gazprom Energoholding LLC is a vertically integrated holding company (a 100%-owned subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom) which manages the Gazprom Group’s generating companies in accordance with unified corporate standards. Gazprom Energoholding includes PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC TGC-1, and PJSC OGK-2, generating companies operating approximately 80 electric power plants. The Group also includes PJSC MOEK, Moscow’s unified heat supplying company.
