Over the long years of its history, Youth Day has gained a status of a global event in the energy sector and continues to bring together hundreds of international experts for a constructive dialogue on a global scale.

For the fifth year in a row, Youth Day has been included in the Forum's convention program. The event is an informational, educational and interactive platform designed to bring together representatives of the industry's business elite and youth audiences from leading universities in the world to transfer new knowledge about the energy business and search for new ideas and solutions.

Youth Day participants are talented graduate and postgraduate students from around the world, influential experts and leaders of major international energy companies, as well as representatives of the academic community. The event is going to put an increased focus on career opportunities for graduates of higher educational institutions in large energy companies and the attractiveness of the industry from the student's point of view.

The event is traditionally organised by the Higher School of Economics of St. Petersburg State University of Economics.

Youth Day is a working project of the International Business Congress (IBC), held with the financial and organisational support of IBC member companies, such as PJSC Gazprom, Uniper, Wintershall Dea, OMV, Gasunie, Shell, as well as in partnership with the Energy Delta Institute, European School of Management and Technology, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Verbundnetz Gas.
