From 1 to 4 October, the Russian Post organises free sending of theme cards with views of St. Petersburg for the delegates and guests of the event.

During the Forum, a special zone of the Russian Post will be working at registration desks No. 60-61. Employees of the Russian Post will help senders to find out the addressee's index and help with the filling in and design of a postcard.

The Federal Post Office Administration for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region is the Russian Post branch including 13 post offices, of which 3 function on the territory of St. Petersburg, and 10 in the Leningrad Region. The branch network consists of 823 branches with 523 of them located in the Leningrad region. The branch has 12 thousand employees with more than 4 thousand of them being telecom operators and 3.7 thousand – postmen.
