Russian companies presented their technologies at the exposition Import Substitution in the Gas Industry

44 companies presented their projects for the oil and gas sector.

St. Petersburg-based R&D Institute of Rubber Coatings and Products, working in the oil and gas sphere under the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s import substitution program, was one of the exhibition participants. At the Forum, the company presented results of three years of its work: combined cables, intended for signal transmission from the shore to the underwater mining equipment.

Another Russian cable producer – Cable Alliance Holding (Moscow) presented a prototype of the electrical part for a drill string, intended to deliver energy to underwater mining complexes.

The exhibition was also participated by Ruspolymet, PTPA, the Ural Plant of Specialized Valve Equipment, Sevkabel, Intov Elast, and many more. The participants showcased valves for underwater offshore production (PTPA), geophysical and power cables (Sevkabel), ball valves for gas and oil pipelines (the Ural Plant of Specialized Valve Equipment), rings and forgings for special-purpose machines with ring-shaped elements and joints (Ruspolymet) and other products. All the products demonstrated at the exhibition were designed and produced in Russia.
