Eurogas comprises 44 member companies, national associations and international organizations engaged in wholesale, retail and distribution of gas in Europe.

Eurogas association was founded in 1990 as a non-profit organization with the goal of representing the interests of the gas industry to key European and global players. The main task of the association is to strengthen the role of gas in the energy mix, to establish an ongoing dialogue with European representatives of the gas industry, global gas producers and such organizations as the European Commission.
