Prosoft Systems Will Take Part in SPIGF 2018
Forum news

During the 8th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, the engineering company Prosoft Systems is going to demonstrate state-of-the-art solutions on automation of technological processes and power supply for oil & gas enterprises.

From 2 to 5 of October, experts of the company will present their equipment to both Russian and foreign partners in the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center and tell them about some versions of automated control systems of technological processes (ACS TP) made with Regul controllers for the gas sector. The company also intends to sign an agreement with the German company GES (Gas-Energy-Solutions) during the Forum.

Visit the Prosoft Systems stand in Pavilion F (No. Е-5) at: Peterburgskoye sh. 64/1. Multifunctional controllers, data systems, and software made by the company will be presented from 2 to 4 of October, 10:00 to 18:00, and on 5 of October, 10:00 to 16:00. Participants of the Forum will be presented the following projects:

Automation of technological processes for oil & gas enterprises

  • New! Russian software and hardware complex AlfaRegul for building mission-critical and distributed automated control systems of technological processes (ACS TP)
  • New! Concept of REGUL R500S controller for emergency shut down systems up to SIL3
  • Programmable logic controllers REGUL R600 and R500 for building mission-critical failure-proof automated control systems of technological processes (ACS TP)
  • Programmable logic controllers REGUL R400 и R200 for building local and distributed automated control systems of technological processes (ACS TP)

Automation of power supply for oil & gas enterprises

New equipment lineup

  • Bay controller ARIS C303
  • Communication controllers, series ARIS-48хх
  • Cell controller 6-35 kV with features of automated control (ACS) and relay protection plus emergency automation (RPEA), series ARIS-22хх
  • Multifunctional controllers ARIS 2808/2805/2803 for building automated informational measuring systems (AIMS), telemechanical systems (TM), and automated systems of electric power technical metering (ASEPTM)
  • Modular device for data acquisition and transmission (DATD) EKOM-3100

Software:

  • Redkit SCADA – the most advanced system for energy and production facilities automation
  • Energosfera-8 – software complex facilitating visual presentation of energy supply within every technological process (oil mining, treatment, gas supply, compensation, boring complex, and many more)

Prosoft Systems invites foreign partners to attend a lecture that will be read by the company experts on 2 of October, 14:00, at the company’s stand. We will tell about the process capabilities of REGUL controllers for distributed automated control systems of technological processes (ACS TP), turbines and fiscal energy resources metering. Moreover, we will discuss primary features and architecture of controllers, as well as software for SCADA systems. In a part of our lecture we will present a review for the REGUL R500S controller for emergency shutdown systems. This device, announced for 2018, meets SIL3 even in case of one-channel configuration, and supports various duplication schemes for higher failure safety.

Prosoft Systems has also prepared a detailed presentation for foreign partners about the practice and prospects of using the equipment produced. Middle Eastern and European delegations are expected to visit the stand, including representatives of Wintershall Holding GmbH, a major German oil&gas company, doing geological exploration and mining in Europe, North Africa, North and South America, as well as in Russia and Pre-Caspian region.

As a result of the Gas Forum, the company plans to sign an agreement of intent with GES (Gas-Energy-Solutions), based in Kassel (Germany), the company that is actively involved into international projects within the gas sector in Middle East, Africa and South-East Asia. The partners will fix their current business relations and discuss the use of REGUL programmable logic controllers in projects by GES. The most promising projects include automation of gas regulators to manage stable gas supply with the required parameters and to acquire fuel transportation data. International partners are also interested in REGUL R200-based gas odorization and heating systems.
