The Forum will take place in ExpoForum on 31 October through 3 November.

SPIGF 2023 will be arranged with support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, and the Government of St. Petersburg.

The Forum convention program will include 80+ events, embracing 19 main topics. Special focus will be on the import substitution, search of new growth points required to ensure effective technological cooperations and technological leadership in the gas sector, new LNG-related projects, and global collaborations.

The convention program of SPIGF 2023 will be greatly contributed by Gazprom, Russian Gas Society, Russian National Committee of the World Petroleum Council, SIBUR, АНО Institute of Oil and Gas Technology Initiatives, Association of Equipment Producers New Technologies of Gas Industry, B1, Russia – Latin America Business Centre (Business Centre for Enhancement of Cooperation with Latin American Countries), Russian-Asian Business Council, Agency of Technological Development, RBC St. Petersburg, as well as other associations and agencies.

The key event of the Forum will be the plenary session GLOBAL NATURAL GAS MARKET TRANSFORMATION: CHALLENGES AND WAYS OF DEVELOPMENT, which is scheduled for 1 November, 2023.

500+ companies will present advanced equipment and technologies for the oil and gas sector as part of the exhibition program.
