During the exhibition program at SPIGF 2019, the company presented its prototype of a marine loading arm for discharge and loading of low-temperature oil products (down to minus 170 °C).

INTRA service company, a part of INTRATOOL Group, presented its Intracase jacks for pressure leak remedies, as well as  consumables for tie-in and overlapping, and INTRAFIT split tees.

“We’ve designed complexes to be used in gas distributing systems. Our complexes enable setting up of additional lines for consumers not to be left without gas supply even for a second. We’ve made our equipment as light as possible to ensure minimal terms and costs of works. Such compactness and lightness of the equipment is quite innovative. The equipment is fully made in Russia,” said the company representative.

Moreover, the company presented INTRACOMPOSITE materials for composite repair, which facilitate elimination of any damage in pipelines caused by corrosion.
“We offer engineering systems for recovery of various diameters and geometries of pipes, whereas composite materials facilitate repair of any corrosion-damaged pipelines,” said the company representative.

On the other side of the stand INTRATOOL Group demonstrated their mobile pipeline system made of lay-flat hoses:

  • A mobile piping system of flat-rolled sleeves for transporting liquid media, often hydrocarbons (service life is 10 years).
  • Automated tool storage system Ambar P, equipped with automatic control systems, accounting and access restrictions.
