On October 1 to 4 during the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, the conference «HR and social policies of companies in development of the russian oil and gas complex» will take place.

At the conference, topical HR issues of the industry will be discussed, including the matters of human resourcing for digital transformation in the oil and gas sector, working efficiency enhancement, independent assessment of staff competence in this sector, as well as experience of companies in implementing unique HR and social projects.

At the conference, the Best Socially Oriented Oil and Gas Company Awarding Ceremony will take place. Moreover, the audience will be presented the best practices of the companies that are highly efficient in solving socially-oriented tasks.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and ExpoForum International.
