HMS Group will present its new projects for gas companies at SPIGF
News

Over many years, HMS Group has been the Forum’s partner.

HMS Group will demonstrate their offer for gas companies as regards to processing equipment and digitalization at the Import Substitution in the Gas Industry exhibition.

At their stand, HMS Group will present a module compressor plant MKU 1000 prototype. Based on wet screw compressors, this is the first Russian peer to similar foreign equipment specially designed for fields in the Yamal North. Put into service, MKU 1000 will extend the useful life of existing gas wells, increase gas extraction ratio and cut aggregate reconstruction costs. These devices are highly automated, using the unattended machining principle. Moreover, they are portable and zero-emission type.

Gazprom dobycha Yamburg LLC has tested and is currently operating a unit of this class. In 2020, the design team comprising representatives of Gazprom PJSC, Gazprom dobycha Yamburg LLC, NIIturbokompressor JSC, Kazancompressormash PJSC and MC HMS Group LLC obtained an academic award from the Government of the Russian Federation for development and introduction of this device.

HMS Group will present prototypes of super modules, too – these feature block-modular solutions of low temperature separation units and gas condensate stabilization units. These units are used to treat natural gas from gas condensate fields up to the standard STO 089-2010 and to obtain stable gas condensate and industrial-grade propane-butane. The equipment ensures seamless round-the-clock operation and does not require continuous attendance by the service staff. Thanks to the compact size, the units can be operated at facilities with restricted site areas, including offshore gas production platforms along with shore gas treatment and processing complexes.

Another exhibit will be the digital technology used to make electronic three-dimensional data models of oil and gas facilities – the visitors will see a 3D gas turbine electrical station model. With this technology, customers will have comprehensive data support at all stages of design, construction and operation, and will be able to make managerial decisions more efficiently and quickly. A facility data model facilitates remote control of process operations and helps with timely tackling of tasks associated with operation, maintenance and upgrade of independent equipment pieces and the facility in general.

HMS Group invites guests of SPIGF 2021 to attend its exhibition stands: there the company’s officials will answer questions and provide all the essential information as regards to development, supply, maintenance and upgrade of process equipment as well as the company’s complex solutions for gas companies.
