 The conference will comprise three dedicated events – a plenary session and two round-table discussions.

During the plenary session UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE – RELIABILITY AND STABILITY OF NATURAL GAS SUPPLIES: STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS, the event participants will discuss the UGS development strategies, new initiatives and regions, UGS construction prospects, strategic oil and oil product storage, and other issues.

The event will continue from 10.30 to 13.00 (Moscow).

The round table discussion HYBRID GAS STORAGE: METHANE, HYDROGEN, HELIUM, CARBON DIOXIDE will cover the issues of gas storage in rock salt deposits, mine openings and porous mediums, corrosion of above- and underground equipment, advancement of hydrogeochemical and microbiological processes, concentrated helium and hydrogen storage issues, specifics of carbon dioxide gas disposition etc.

The event will continue from 14.00 to 15.45 (MSC).

At the round table discussion TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF UGS ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION, the experts will focus on the experience of longstanding operation of UGS facilities, state-of-the-art technologies in underground gas storage, UGS digitalization, gas storage management technologies and many more.

The event will continue from 16.00 to 17.45 (MSC).
