16 industry-specific categories comprised over 90 events.

In 2019, the convention program of SPIGF included such prospective categories as oil, energy and gas, design, ecology, and hydrogen.

At the round-table discussion HYDROGEN, A PARADIGM SHIFT IN THE ENERGY SECTOR, THE FUTURE? moderated by Marcel Kramer, President of  Energy Delta Institute, the industry experts discussed the potential of hydrogen as a fuel and energy source, as well as some ways of solving environmental issues associated with its recovery, and methods for productions costs cutting.

Sergey Serdyukov, Technical Director of Nord Stream AG, presented his report «Providing Conditions for Import Substitution during the Nord Stream 2 Project» at the Oil and Gas Industry History Seminar.

Nikolay Valuyev, Deputy at the 6th and 7th State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Vice Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection, delivered his report during the conference Waste management in the oil and gas sector, under the ecology category.

The Energy and Gas category included the panel discussion Efficient development of the gas industry as the fundamental basis of russia’s energy security, where one of the speakers was Denis Borisov, Head of Ernst & Young Energy Centre.

Vladimir Vagarin, CEO, Gazprom proektirovanie LLC, delivered his report «Digital Transformation as a Tool for Seamless and Guided Business Processes» at the All-Russian Conference 10 YEARS OF SELF-REGULATION OF DESIGN AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY.
