PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE SPIGF

  1. 1. Posting information (text part + splash picture) in the Forum social media (Registration in accordance with Federal Law No. 38 “On Advertising”).
  1. Uploading a video to the Forum social media – RUTube. (Registration in accordance with Federal Law No. 38 “On Advertising”)
  2. Day review integration (a RUTube video). Every day, a review video will be uploaded summarizing results of the Forum and featuring main events and names. Exponents can be interviewed at their booths for 1 to 1.5 min
  3. 4. Coverage of an exponent’s booth (a RUTube video). This way, exponents will be able to tell the Forum participants and those who couldn’t come to the event about their products and demonstrate them online. The video of 3 to 4 minutes long will be published on the next day at the latest.

1. Publication of full color advertising module (page layout is provided by the customer) in the official catalogue/guide book/the convention program of the Forum*)
* The Forum printables are distributed among participants in the days of the Forum (the e-version will be posted on the web-site and written on the USB flash drive that is part of the Forum participant set).

2. Publishing of the customer’s logo (company taking part in the exhibition) on the exhibition layout in the guidebook
* The logo will show the customer’s booth location within the exposition

  1. Adding the customer’s logo to the promotional merchandise of the Forum
  2. Recording the customer’s presentation materials to promotional flash-drives of the Forum
  3. Adding the customer’s advertising and informational materials (printables and merchandise) to the participant’s set. *DELEGATE and EXPONENT sets only

4. Adding the customer’s logo to the Forum participant’s lanyard (branding in collaboration with SPIGF)

ADVERTISEMENT WITHIN THE CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION CENTER


Placement of the customer’s advertising materials: in the press-center, at the registration desks, at the service bureau, at the directorate stand, at the information desk.
* Materials are provided by the customer

Making announcements (invitation to the stand, conference announcement, promotional event) and advertising the Customer by radio broadcast during the days of the Forum.

1. Demonstrating the customer’s info video on LED screens in the Passage (up to 2 minutes long, without a sound track) from 9 to 18 during the Forum.

2. Demonstrating the customer’s info video (up to 2 minutes long) from 9 to 18 on the plasma TV located at the SPIGF Organising committee booth (twice an hour during the Forum).

3. Demonstrating the customer’s info video (up to 2 minutes long) from 9 to 18 on the seamless plasma displays located in the Minor Passage (twice an hour during the Forum). Sizes of video walls – 6076 by 3430 mm and 4680.8 by 2744 mm.

4. Demonstrating the customer’s info video (up to 2 minutes long) from 9 to 18 on the plasma TVs located in the registration zone for SPIGF visitors and delegates (twice an hour during the Forum).

1. Placement* of the customer’s advertising construction (roll-up) within the premises of the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center during the Forum.
* Location (large passage, minor passage, micro passage, convention center) is to be additionally approved with the customer. The customer makes assembling and disassembling arrangements on his own.
2. Production and location of floor-standing constructions (roll-ups/customized) within the premises of the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center during the Forum.
* The costs include printing, assembly and disassembly. The final layout is to be provided by the customer. Location is subject to additional approval with the customer.

1. Production of a suspension and location* of the customer’s layout** on the two-sided banner structure in the Large Passage of the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center during the Forum.
* Location is subject to additional approval with the customer. The costs include printing, assembly and disassembly. The final layout is to be provided by the customer.
