Please be informed that access to some of the areas of the Forum can be restricted due to official events.
*Exception to the above is the closed session on the technological development of Gazprom and the strategic session on continental shelf development (special participation packs are required).
QUESTIONS REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN SPIGF
The registration fee includes:
- Accreditation (badge): 1 attendant for each 6 sq. m of exhibition space*;
- Listing on the official website in Russian and English languages (max 500 characters each);
- A set of handout materials (including official catalogue);
- Advertising campaign of SPIGF 2026;
- Certificate of participation;
- Free Wi-Fi connection;
- 1 invitation to the Forum’s Gala dinner*
The DELEGATE convention program participation pack includes:
- a badge
- access to all Convention program events (except closed sessions)
- access to all SPIGF 2026 exhibitions
- set of handout materials (a business case, promotion and information materials, a pen, a copybook, a flash drive)
- food and beverage in all the days of the Convention program (coffee break, lunch)
- 1 invitation to the Forum’s Gala dinner
- access to lounge-zone
The VIP pack also includes:
- a VIP takeaway set (a business case, promotion and information materials, a pen, a copybook, a flash drive)
- access to the priority lane on the parking lot
- the entrance of the car to the first line of the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center for the drop-off of the participant
- access to VIP lounge

No PCR tests are required to visit the Forum venue.
For your convenience, lockers for personal belongings will be installed in the Passage of the Convention and Exhibition Centre across Pavilion H.
In the days of SPIGF 2026, there will be several catering facilities in EXPOFORUM, including cafes and restaurants.
Holders of VIP, Speaker, and Delegate badges will be offered coffee breaks and lunches.
St. Petersburg stands at the Baltic Sea, which increases the air humidity. This is the reason why cold weather feels colder than in some other regions. It can rain often. You may wish to take warm clothes and an umbrella with you.
