To take part in SPIGF 2024 Convention program please fill in the application form.
The DELEGATE convention program participation pack includes:
- a badge
- access to all Convention program events (except closed sessions)
- access to all SPIGF 2024 exhibitions
- set of handout materials (a business case, promotion and information materials, a pen, a copybook, a flash drive)
- food and beverage in all the days of the Convention program (coffee break, lunch)
- 1 invitation to the Forum’s Gala dinner

The VIP pack also includes:
- a VIP takeaway set (a business case, promotion and information materials, a pen, a copybook, a flash drive)
- access to the priority lane on the parking lot
- the entrance of the car to the first line of the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center for the drop-off of the participant
The registration fee includes:
- accreditation of 1 (one) representative of the company taking part in the exhibition to work at the stand (EXHIBITOR badge) for every 6m2 of the area rented, each of the exhibitors can attend all the exhibitions held during SPIGF 2024
- adding the company to the Russian and English list of participants posted on the official web-site of the Forum
- adding the company to the Russian and English list of participants published in the Guide across the Forum
- posting information about the company in the official web-site of the Forum in the Russian and English versions of the EXHIBITORS section (logo, company name, contact details, company description)

The contact party of the participant will be sent a link for the personal account, where information about the company’s employees taking part in SPIGF 2024 should be added.
A participant can be changed in the personal account until he/she is accredited. To change a participant after accreditation, please, come in touch with the organiser.

Holders of VIP, Speaker, and Delegate badges will be offered coffee breaks and lunches.
During the day, the air temperature in St. Petersburg in October varies from 7 to 10 degrees Centigrade.
