DISCUSSION:
During the discussion, the participants will consider how to form comprehensive chains for creation of innovative products and services that can ensure Russia’s leadership in terms of technology.
In the first place, they will focus on science-driven solutions based on the insights developed in universities and scientific establishments and further applied in the oil and gas sector. Another theme will cover restrictions and opportunities that determine expansion of technologies transfer from the scientific economics sector to the business systems, where such researches and initiatives can be used.
