DISCUSSION:

One of the objectives outlined by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin is Russia’s making it into TOP 25 of countries as regards to robotic automation and reaching the density of 100 robot workers per 10 thous. human employees by 2030. Because of the imposed sanctions, development of high-tech processes and automation of industrial production sites is of special importance for Russia, and the oil and gas industry is no exception to that trend.

 

The participants will discuss the relevance and prospects of robotic automation introduction in the Russian oil and gas sector, the need for the component basis, the matters related to introduction of advanced digital and production technologies, as well as the issues of personnel training and development of robotic solutions. The audience will be presented Russian-made technologies and some out-of-the box solutions, as well as practical cases of production processes automation.

 

Special focus will be on Russia's HR potential development, implementation of comprehensive projects for engineering staff training, and also integration of locally made advanced products and technologies into the training process.
