At the conference, the participants are going to consider the key aspects of scientific and technical collaboration between Russia and Latin America countries as regards to mining, transportation and procession of natural gas, along with introduction of innovative technologies, as well as to define prospects of further cooperation. Special focus will be on sharing experience in the area of advanced technologies, environmental safety and sustainable development in the energy sector. Russia’s gas diplomacy is an essential tool in partnership reinforcement and development of comprehensive collaboration with the states of the region. Besides, it can promote establishment of favourable conditions for implementation of joint initiative: from shipbuilding to space technologies.
