DISCUSSION:

The key topic of the discussion is the part of the Russian space industry in ensuring of the country’s technological independence. The fundamental objectives of the event are turning the spotlight on the current achievements and strategic prospect associated with the progress of the Russian space aeronautics along with evaluation of this sphere’s input into the national energy safety.

 

The discussion agenda encompasses a wide range of matters related to state-of-the-art space technologies and areas of their practical testing. The participants will focus on both fundamental science and technical projects but also on applicable technological solutions aimed at reinforcement of Russia’s leading position in the space sector.

  • Distant sounding of the Earth: presentation of an advanced space system with a radio location satellite that provides detailed data on the surface of the planet regardless of the weather conditions.
  • Staff training: presenting the experience of students’ design bureaus in training of the staff for the space sector.
  • Technological innovations: demonstration of the correction system module and the latest projects developed by the Russian Space Systems for establishment of state-of-the-art space complexes.
  • Practical use: discussion of space technologies’ implementation for the benefit of major companies, including projects related to telecom and geoinfo systems for Gazprom Group.
