The lecture session will explore psychological and neurobiological aspects of a human mind.
The art of speaking to be heard and understood properly: during the first part of the event, you will find out the key secrets of communication, the ones psychologists use when they want to have a deep insight of their opponent, to build an effective cooperation, and to develop an intervention strategy.
Wisdom in resting to make everyday stress an ally: in the second part, the speakers will present reasonable ways of restoring your inner resources even if you lack time (based on neurophysiologic knowledge).
