The lecture will be dedicated to the connection between art and industrial progress and consider when oil and gas have become key elements of the cultural impact. Special focus will be on contemporary artistic methods, including use of oil as a medium for artwork creation. Moreover, the lecture will also highlight the phenomenon of industrial porcelain, which has become a kind of industrial success chronicle.
