DISCUSSION:

Digitalization is no longer just about IT. Today, not only technology, but also sustainability of human resources depend on digital maturity. What digital skills are becoming a must-have for managers and production workers in the oil and gas industry? How can we create a culture in which so-called non-IT professionals become the drivers of transformation? We are going to discuss methods, approaches and a case study of the personnel pool development program, in which no-code, data and digital thinking become a basis of a new management model. The event will be useful for digital transformation managers (CDTO, digital directors), directors and managers of production units, heads of project offices and internal efficiency consultants, as well as HR business partners.

QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION:

1. Digital DNA in HR policy.

  • What digital competencies are becoming fundamental for non-functional specialists in the oil and gas industry?
  • How are requirements to production and management personnel changing under the conditions of digital transformation?
  • How to embed digital skills into recruitment, adaptation and evaluation of employees?
  •

    2. Digital culture without total IT-isation

  • What is digital thinking if you're not an IT specialist, and why is it important for line managers?
  • How to engage production teams in digital projects without any fear and resistance?
  • Which training and development formats truly work under the tight schedule and cultural code of an industrial enterprise?
  •
