The New Service Company is engaged in the development, production, rental and maintenance of industrial compressor and gas separation equipment. We produce compressors that compress air and other gases to a pressure of up to 700 atmospheres with a capacity of up to 55 m3/min. Our compressors are used in most industries, from filling cars with methane to __ at nuclear power plants. Our other main products are nitrogen compressor stations of the TGA series. Stationary and mobile. Compressor stations produce nitrogen gas directly from atmospheric air and supply it to the customer's system. Due to its inert properties, nitrogen produced by TGA compressor stations prevents oxidation and ignition, which makes it indispensable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, coal mining, metalworking, fertilizer production, etc. Nitrogen is especially in demand in the oil and gas sector. With their help, such operations as crimping, nitriding and purging of main oil and gas pipelines are performed, without which their launch is impossible. And in oil production, nitrogen stations are used for major well repairs and to increase oil recovery. Due to the fact that we can put our stations on a cargo chassis (for example, Kamaz), our stations can quickly reach the facility on their own and produce nitrogen right on the spot. We also not only produce compressor stations, but also rent them out. We have an extensive fleet of mobile compressor stations of our own production. And we regularly provide oilfield services to companies such as Gazprom, Rosneft, Lukoil, SurgutNefteGaz and others in dozens of regions of our country and neighboring countries. We also produce automotive gas filling compressor stations (CNG stations) – in other words, gas filling stations in container design. The customer only needs to connect to the gas pipeline and he can fill the transport with methane. They are used both on public roads and, for example, for refueling quarry equipment (dump trucks, bulldozers, etc.). We supply spare parts and carry out maintenance of Soviet, modern domestic and foreign compressors. We are engaged in reverse engineering of compressors from foreign companies that have left the domestic market. We are conducting active research and development. They are handled by their own scientific department and design bureau. The development of nanofiber gas separation membranes is particularly active. The following developments are underway with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Agency for Technical Development, and the Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Krasnodar Territory. Dialyzer Filter - A filter that functions as an artificial kidney is used in the hemodialysis system to remove impurities/fluid from the patient's blood in renal failure and other kidney diseases. A gas separation membrane is used to separate nitrogen from atmospheric air. An analogue of the Gardner Denver compressor is a compressor for handling bulk materials, such as concrete and flour. At the moment, domestic analogues are not being produced. A proton–exchange membrane electrolyzer is a cheap and effective way to produce hydrogen on an industrial scale. Hydrogen refueling based on electrolysis is a mobile hydrogen refueling station with on–site hydrogen production by water electrolysis using Russian electrolyzers and Russian refueling pistols. The piston compressor for hydrogen is a universal compressor for hydrogen energy, as well as for petrochemical enterprises. There are no analogues in Russia. The installation of steam conversion of methane into hydrogen with carbon dioxide capture is one of the cleanest technologies for producing hydrogen after electrolysis. It allows to produce hydrogen in industrial volumes. Steam gas compressor is a compressor for processing evaporated liquefied natural gas during transportation by sea. As well as other developments.
