Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom, is the designated operator of the Kirinskoye block of the Sakhalin shelf (Sakhalin-3 project). Development of the Kirinskoye block fields is part of the Eastern Gas Program. A distinctive feature of company is that the development of reserves in the Kirinskoye gas condensate field for the first time in the Russian Federation is carried out using subsea gas production technologies without above-water facilities.
