Attendance rules.
In 2020, ExpoForum obtained a Safe Travels SPb QR code. Consistently, ExpoForum complies with every safety standard and in no time acts up to Rospotrebnadzor’s recommendations and requirements.
To comply with safety operation standards certain up-to-date solutions are used:
- Special buffer zones were arranged at the venues, and vending machines with personal protection means were installed
- The centre is equipped with advanced no-contact thermal imaging systems that are used to take temperature for visitors of ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre. Visitors that have fever will be denied access to the Centre premises
- The ventilation system was upgraded
- No-contact sanitizers are installed throughout the venue
- Convention halls are equipped with air recirculators
During all the events, participants are seated in compliance with safe distance keeping requirements.
Shuttle buses that as usually travel from the Moskovskaya Metro Station to ExpoForum and back are additionally disinfected after every run.
SPIGF 2021 participants will be granted access to the venue as soon as they have available one of the documents listed below:
- Negative PCR test made 72 hours max. prior to the event;
- COVID-19 vaccination passport (or COVID-19 vaccination QR code);
- COVID-19 immunity passport (or COVID-19 immunity QR code).
The St. Petersburg International Gas Forum managers do their best to make the participants comfortable and safe in the course of the event.
