As before, the Forum is powered by the Government of the Russian Federation.
This year, both Ministries are working as coorganisers of the SPIGF Convention program.
The meeting of the Expert Group associated with the Oil and Gas Equipment Import Substitution Coordination Board will take place on October 10. The key topic to be discussed at the meeting will be “Equipment for offshore drilling and mining works” and development of this area of focus. The organisers of the event are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Oil and Gas Technology Initiatives, and ExpoForum International.
At the meeting, the experts will talk about the issues related to implementation of the import substitution roadmap as regards to oil and gas machine building, standardization, testing, and compliance evaluation for the solutions proposed by roadmaps, as well as arrangements for import substitution of subsea production units
