Foreign participants pay great attention to the Forum and the Russian gas industry.
Every year, the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum attracts the attention of participants from abroad and confirms the determination and desire of foreign states to strengthen cooperation in the oil and gas industry.
Only in 2019, representatives of every fourth country in the world took part in the SPIGF – 55 participating countries were registered for the event. In addition to the traditional ones, the Forum was attended by representatives of such exotic countries as the Republic of Botswana, Bolivia, Tunisia, Senegal, Morocco, Mauritania, Congo, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria, and the Republic of Namibia.
For 10 years of operation, the site of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum has hosted participants from the most remote points of the globe: South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Argentina, Portugal, Oman, Bolivia, Romania, Iran, Mexico, Algeria, Bahrain, Sierra Leone, Ireland and other countries.
The great interest of foreign partners testifies to the high credit of the event, during which innovative ideas and approaches to solving issues that are important for the world community are generated.
