For the first time, Condair company took part in the SPIGF exhibition. The company has been designing and producing industrial humidification solutions for over 70 years. This equipment can be used in production processes or to ensure fault-free equipment operation at oil plants (Sakhalin-2), gas production plants (Amur Gas Processing Plant), supporting the necessary parameters of air in working zones, offices and at infrastructural facilities. The stand features equipment based on every possible humidification technology known across the globe today, for every climatic environment, all water types and process tasks. The stand also showcases equipment spraying finest drops of water through the high pressure nozzles.
“We design, supply and introduce software for some of the sectors, first of all, for the oil and gas industry. Here at the exhibition, we present our advances in software localization in accordance with requirements of Russian manufacturers. We have complex solutions for the oil and gas industry, facilitating management of production, transportation, storage, distribution of hydrocarbons, and their delivery to consumers. We offer various specialized business and technological programs for modeling of technological processes on the real-time basis, for consumption forecasting, for discovery and confinement of product leakages, for enhancement of process regimes, for sales management and for production delivery control, as well as for planning, balancing and many other things,” says Ivan Demushkin, Senior Expert at PSI company. PSI serves Gazprom and other Russia’s top oil companies – Transneft, Lukoil, Tatneft and others.
Skymetr presents its domestic orifice gas meters VECTOR, intended to control consumption of natural gas, gaseous propane, butane or their blends, and other non-corrosive gases. The meters can be used for fiscal gas metering in the domestic household sector, as well as in diverse technological processes. Moreover, the company offers the automated system for gas control and accountability (ASKUG) Kvant-Energo. This system facilitates remote collection and submission of data from VECTOR gas meters to a remote server for further procession, analysis, storage of data and its submission to the users by means of a user-friendly web-interface.
Russian Export Center helped many companies take part in the exhibition. One of them is TORI, scientific and production firm. “Our key technology is the pipeline monitoring system that focuses on leakage detection. Our system exceeds similar equipment in terms of sensibility and accuracy. Among our clients are Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, Sibur, Transneft, Rosneft. Our system facilitates supervision for pipelines up to 2,100 km long,” says Vladimir Suprunchik, Deputy Director of TORI. This system is 95% Russian components, which is a sign of great success with import substitution. Currently, the company is export-oriented and is ready to present its product in the international market.
Totally, the exhibition premises of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum include representatives of 500 companies.
