The company annually has demonstrated its most advanced projects for the oil and gas sector at the Forum.
This year, the unique solution will be presented at the company’s booth – heavy duty K80 large diameter pipes (LDP) for trunk lines. Such pipes can tolerate the pressure up to 14.8 MPa (150 atm) if used for onshore gas lines.
Severstal will also introduce other reliable solutions for the oil and gas facilities construction, including Deformax pipes with enhanced deformation resistance designed for sites with challenging geological conditions. This product can totally substitute the similar goods from abroad. Other cases of their game-changing projects are corrosion-proof rolled metal products and Cordis pipes that both extend life of pipelines and mitigate environmental risks.
Every new solution is the result of thorough analysis of the customers’ current and future needs, and all of them contribute to the development of the Russian fuel and energy sector in general.
