RENERA LLC (part of the Rosatom Fuel Company TVEL) is an actively developing industry integrator of Rosatom in the field of energy storage systems. The company produces lithium-ion energy storage systems for emergency and uninterruptible power supplies, hybrid systems with the participation of renewable generation sources, traction batteries for electric vehicles, special equipment and other areas. RENERA LLC plans to build a plant for the production of lithium-ion cells and rechargeable batteries in the Kaliningrad region. The plant with a total capacity of produced devices of about 4 GWh per year will begin operation in 2025.
