At the Forum, participants can rent meeting rooms.<\/em><\/p>\n

Meeting rooms are great for all kinds of events, from business conferences and private sessions to workshops.<\/p>\n

The rooms are located at the ground floor in Pavilion G, as well as in the press centre floor – these can be accessed from the minor passage. Every room is furnished with all the necessary office equipment.<\/p>\n

Other extra services available are catering arrangements, translation services, photo and video shooting, etc.<\/p>\n

To rent a meeting room please submit an advance application<\/a>.<\/p>\n
