Employees of the Russian Post will help senders to find out the addressee&#39;s index and help with the filling in and design of a postcard. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><em>Background information:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><em>The Federal Post Office Administration for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region is the Russian Post branch including 13 post offices, of which 3 function on the territory of St. Petersburg, and 10 in the Leningrad Region. The branch network consists of 823 branches with 523 of them located in the Leningrad region.
