About forty of the largest companies in the industry participated in the finals of the competition.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">On 4 October, the Ministry of Energy of Russia summed up the results of the competition for the best socially-oriented company in the oil and gas industry in 2018, and also awarded the winners in different categories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">According to the Ministry of Energy, the competition is held to bolster the social policy of organizations, to discover, study and propagate the practices of the most active socially oriented organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><em>&ldquo;It is necessary to study and learn from the experience of the companies seeking high efficiency in solving social problems, improving the quality of working and living conditions of employees, and popularizing the oil and gas industry,&rdquo; &#8212; <\/em>pointed out the representative of the ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">According to the decision of the competition commission, which included representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the largest electric power companies, the Council of Veterans and the Youth Council of the Oil and Gas Industry under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the main prize <em>&quot;The Best Socially Oriented Company in the Oil and Gas Industry<\/em> &quot; in 2018 goes to Rosneft PJSC. Awards were also given in individual nominations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">According to the results of the competition for the best socially-oriented company in the oil and gas industry, the winners who were given a diploma and a sign included:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Gazprom PJSC;<br \/>\nRN-Komsomolsk Refinery;<br \/>\nLUKOIL PJSC.<br \/>\nThere are more awards in over 40 nominations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
