This year, the recurring topic at the Forum will be proactive import substitution.

80+ events of the convention program, 700 speakers from 20 countries of the world, exclusive projects and innovations for the oil and gas sector – SPIGF 2022 is once again bringing together leading experts so that they find models for further development of the industry in a concerted effort.

The key event of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum will be the plenary session “Russian Gas Industry: Development Priorities in New Conditions”, participated by major oil and gas entities and scheduled on 15 September.

Other fundamental events on the SPIGF 2022 convention program are the international scientific and practical conference “Underground Gas Storage: Reliability and Efficiency”, the plenary session “Gas Engine Fuel – a Reliable Solution in the Face of New Social-Economical and Environmental Challenges”, and the round table discussion “Human Asset Investments as the Basis of Oil and Gas Companies’ Progressive Growth”.

The entertainment program of the Forum will include the Billiard Tournament for directors and top managers of oil and gas companies – they will have a chance to compete for the Cup of the Russian Gas Society’s President. Another event on the program is the exhibition by the Imperial Porcelain Factory – Peoples of Russia: Porcelain figurines. Moreover, there will be an autograph session participated by the legendary player from Zenith Football Club. As usual, on 15 September SPIGF 2022 participants will meet at the Gala Dinner.

Future leaders and top experts of oil and gas companies will meet at the Youth Day, another traditional event of the Forum. A remarkable feature of the Forum will be the finish of the gas engine vehicles rally GAS INTO ENGINES 2022, participated by LNG KAMAZ 5490 NEO haulage trucks.
